Kingdom Bootcamp — Dominion Architecture (Recap)
Kingdom Bootcamp brought the youth of the Embassy together for a full day under Dominion Architecture — Package 4: Awakening, Chapter Five: The Peculiar People, taught by Dr Alex.
The center of the day was identity: before you can walk in dominion, you have to be awakened to who you actually are. The whole teaching moved in that order — first knowing your identity, then acting out of it, not the other way around.
He also named the posture this creates. Read only from the Fall, God becomes a distant figure a shame-carrying human has to beg — which is the lens a lot of African spirituality has inherited, shaped by pain rather than sonship. But that isn't where the story starts. It starts in Genesis 1, where humans are made kings — God's image bearers, created to rule on His behalf and to let Him rule through them. That's the perspective that decides everything downstream: are you serving God begging from shame, or as a son of a King, already carrying an expectation to rule and already holding everything you need?
The clearest turning point was on authority. Dr Alex was emphatic: all authority — all of it — was given to Christ. "All authority has been given to me in heaven and on earth" (Matthew 28:18, Aramaic Bible in Plain English). Every idea sold to us about the devil handing out power and wealth is a lie — he was never given any authority to hand out. What he actually does is take the authority already inside a person made in God's image, and pass it off as his own. Christ received all authority, and gave it to us — so the authority the enemy appears to wield was never his; it's ours, being used against us until we recognize it.
Alongside that, Dr Alex also taught on stewardship: "Money Is a Tool for Dominion," drawing from Ecclesiastes 10:19 and Luke 6:38, and the practical Bless / Give / Save / Spend exercise — dividing R1000 across four jars. (This is the same four-way split now built into the Money Management tool under My Practice.)
The day closed in prayer, sending the Kingdom Champions home with a clearer picture of who they are, and what already belongs to them.
